We were at Prime last Saturday, our first visit there. We ordered the bootlegger and the southside-- excellent!! Best we've had in a long time! Our waitress seemed to be the only server, but she gave us a very good dining experience-- very attentive! I can see why Prime is so busy. We will return again and again!! Thank you so much! We came in for lunch today, it was outstanding! The service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The kitchen took a little long with our food, but it was busy, and it was definitely well worth the wait! The Southside sandwich is the best prime rib I have ever had! I will definitely be back!

The food was very delicious and the wait staff were kind and attentive but the order took over 30 minutes after we ordered. Also, the outdoor space was very comfortable.

We have now been here for lunch nearly ten times and I love it! I always try something different and have loved it all. Delish!

First time. Service was outstanding and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The soup special (roasted pepper, green chile, artichoke) was the best soup I have ever tasted. My husband ordered "The Southside" Panini with red potato salad and a side of shoestring fries and I ordered the Prime burger. Both meats were tender, juicy, and extremely flavorful. The breads were toasty, tasty, with a homemade feel strong enough to hold together the substantial sandwiches. As my husband put it, the fries were outstanding -- ketchup actually diminished their quality! Their special peppers had quite a kick but were so delish we finished them all! We topped our meal off with a creamy not-too-sweet just perfect crème brulee. We will definitely make this place a regular stop when we are in Albuquerque -- or even come to town just to eat here! Looking forward to trying Veron's for dinner.
